BLUE RIVER SANCTUARY ( PAPUA) 81 x 100 cm
Oil and blown pigment on canvas. Real Gold leaves marouflage in the river and in the sky.

Three blue aras and a bird of paradise fly above the sanctuary of Blue river. The Iatmul sculptures set the mystic ambiance of the sanctuary : they are bird protectors.
The quietness of the rainforest and the immemorial sculptures build a very special energy around the protected live birds. Here Iatmul tribes still live at the Stone Age.
Please stay in front of the painting and feel the soft energy, the breath of enchantment, the magical world shaped over millions of years by the immense forces of nature.
